Retouren
Op deze pagina kunt u retourzendingen aanmelden. U dient te zorgen dat wij het item binnen 14 dagen retour ontvangen, geteld vanaf de dag dat u het item van ons heeft ontvangen.
Ook voor ruilen maakt u gebruik van de retourprocedure.Voor nieuw te ontvangen artikelen, plaats u vervolgens een nieuwe bestelling.
Retourneren is uitsluitend mogelijk indien de producten compleet zijn, vrij van gebruikssporen en in ongeopende verpakking.
Ook kunt u hier terecht voor garantie kwesties. Wij zullen defecte producten doorgaans voor u omruilen voor nieuwe producten. De producten worden wel getest op eventueel verkeerd gebruik. Als de producten zijn blootgesteld aan een verkeerd voltage / te hoge stroom dan vervalt de garantie.
De kosten voor retourneren zijn voor eigen rekening, met uitzondering wanneer het verkeerde product is geleverd. In dit laatste geval zullen wij de gemaakte verzendkosten vergoeden.
Web orders kunnen niet worden geretourneerd in onze winkel, maar uitsluitend per post.

The sets were all in excellent condition. It was supposed to arrived before christmas in the PostNL track & trace. Arrived first week of the new year which was too late. I think the estimated time and delivery in PostNL was not reliable especially during the christmas season. I was very disappointed during christmas.
