Order Status
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation though email. In case you do not receive any mail from us, your order has most likely been unsuccesful. Feel free to contact us in doubt.
Your order will be given de status update 'pending' when received and confirmed. We will keep you updated about your order status until your order has been delivered. Changes in your status will be communicated by mail, but the status of your order can always be checked by looking on our website ('Account Maintanence' - 'Order Information'). Please find our various order statusses explained below.
- Pending - Your order has been placed and is received by us. This is the first status possible.
- Reminder - Your payment has not been received. We kindly ask you to send us a response as soon as you have paid the amount due, or if you are under the impression that the amount due has already een transferred.
- Ready - Your order has been assembled by us and is waiting to be picked up (only applies to pick-up orders).
- Paid - The payment of your order has been received.
- Wait - At least one of the requested items is not directly available. Your order will be send as soon as all items can be delivered.
- Notify - Internal status.
- Processing - Your order is taken care of as we speak. It is no longer possible to add anything to your order or to combine multiple orders.
- Problem with address - The delivery label has appeared to be incorrect. The entered address most likely contains a typo or is incomplete. We kindly ask you to check and update your address and send us a confirmation mail afterwards.
- Ready to be send - Your order has been assembled and will be handed over to our delivery agent soon.
- Sent - Your order has been send and will soon be delivered to you. This is a final status.
- Picked up - Your order has been picked up. This is a final status.
- Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled.
- Refunded. Your order has been cancelled and the refund has been transferred.
