Simple ordering process, was kept informed of progress and it was delivered (in UK) within a week. Very well packed too.

Great lego set. Big delay due to covid but costumer service was quick to reassure. Overall great but may be delays
Products arrived in poor condition due to delivery. All Lego boxes were water damaged and slightly physically damaged as outer packaging box became soft soggy cardboard. Disappointed as doubt its returnable in its condition.
