10 NIEUWE LEGO SPELLEN!

Bouwen, spelen, veranderen, opnieuw ontwerpen: LEGO heeft voor de eerste keer haar basisregels vertaald naar bordspellen. In juli 2009 zijn er maar liefst 10 (!) nieuwe LEGO spellen uitgekomen. Van klein tot groot, van jong tot oud en van korte tot lang durende spellen. Een overzicht van de in 2009 uitgebrachte spellen:

- LEGO 3837 Monster 4
- LEGO 3838 Lava Dragon
- LEGO 3839 Race 3000
- LEGO 3840 Pirate Code
- LEGO 3841 Minotaurus
- LEGO 3842 Lunar Command
- LEGO 3843 Ramses Pyramid
- LEGO 3844 Creationary
Eén van de spellen heeft zelfs een prijs gewonnen. In zeven categorieën werd de Toy Innovation Award toegekend aan speelgoed dat zich onderscheid op gebied van creativiteit, vernieuwing en productconcept. Hiervoor doorliepen de deelnemende producten een selectieprocedure van twee rondes. Ze werden daarin getest en beoordeeld door een internationale jury van experts. Ook LEGO Ramses Pyramid mag het Toy Innovation kwaliteitslabel dragen.In Ramses Pyramid, dreigt de mummie van koning Ramses Egypte te veroveren. De enige die hem kan stoppen is de persoon die het meeste magische kristallen verzamelt, de mummies weet te vermijden en als eerste de piramide kan beklimmen. Het spelplezier is te vinden op verschillende niveaus, maar voor je kan beginnen moeten het spelbord en zelfs de dobbelstenen eerst gebouwd worden. De spelers kunnen het bord, de dobbelstenen en zelfs de spelregels aanpassen zoals ze dat zelf wensen.
